Refund policy

Online Course

The online course is covered by a 72-hour satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase by emailing hello@learnfrenchwithjustine.com.

Your refund request must include:

• The email address used for the purchase
• Proof of purchase

No refunds will be granted after the 72-hour period has expired.

E-books

Due to the digital nature of the products, all e-book purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered.

Private Lessons

Trial lessons, 5-lesson packs, and 10-lesson packs are non-refundable.

Trial lessons are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

5-lesson packs are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

10-lesson packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused lessons expire after the applicable validity period and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.

Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to teacher availability.

Lessons cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are considered used and are not refundable.
